How far in advance do I need to place my charcuterie order?

The earlier, the better! We typically accommodate orders with at least a few days’ notice, but availability may vary. Please fill out the form on our Board Order Page, and our team will confirm availability. For last-minute orders, send an email to orders@grazefullygarnished.com with "URGENT" in the subject line, or text us at 765-623-3687. We check both regularly for the quickest response.

How much do your boards cost?

Our boards start at $110, with pricing based on size and any special requests. For a budget-friendly option, our individual grazing boxes offer the same delicious experience at a lower price point.

Do I have to give the wooden board back?  Is it an option to keep it?

By default, we provide a wooden board that must be returned after your event, free of charge. However, you also have the option to purchase it! If you'd like to keep the board, let us know during your order, and we can offer boards either engraved with our logo or plain (with enough notice).

How do I return my wooden board?

All boards that aren’t being purchased should be returned within seven days of your event. If dropping it off is inconvenient, we can arrange a pick-up. Please notify us via email or text so we can coordinate and update our records.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions / special requests?

Yes, we do our best to meet dietary restrictions or special requests. However, please note that our kitchen is not allergen-free, and while we take precautions, we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination. Special requests may affect pricing.

How do I know which board fits my party's needs?

Our charcuterie menu features our most popular options, but we’re happy to customize any board to suit your event. Complete the Board Request Form and include your customization ideas or questions at the bottom!

How and when do I pay you?

Payment is due upon delivery or before you receive your board. We accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and cash/check. Checks should be made payable to Grazefully Garnished. Please note that returned checks will incur a fee.
